This time of year, we like to take a few minutes, pause, take a deep breath, and reflect on all the things for which we are grateful at R2R Marketing. Of course, the list starts with you – our clients, contacts, and extended Pro Network, who count on us to deliver results and information every week.
We are grateful for:
1) Our Clients: Our clients are the reason we love what we do. Yes, the work and seeing the results are rewarding, but the partner-style relationships we form over an extended period are what energizes us. We are grateful for the client relationships.
2) Each Other: We have something really special at R2R Marketing, and it starts with the trust and respect we have for each other. A client referred to us as “Small but Mighty,” and we think that’s a good description, but we’re only a mighty team because of the trust and commitment we have for our colleagues. We are grateful to benefit from the efficiency of trust every day.
3) Our Extended Team: If our team is small but mighty, it’s our supporting cast that helps us shine with clients. No organization experiences success on its own, and we know the value of great contributors. We are thankful for a strong team of consultants and freelancers who help us deliver excellence, and each one of them is an expert in their niche.
4) Trainers, Coaches, and Accountability Partners: R2R continues to evolve thanks to our thirst for learning. And just like a sports team that performs at the top of their craft, we are grateful for professional development, coaching and accountability partners who challenge us, inspire us and help us stay true to our brand promise.
5) Our Strategic Partners: We are so appreciative of strong relationships with professionals who regularly refer their clients and connections to R2R Marketing. We are grateful for the trust extended to us with every referral.
6) Being Where “it” Happens: We are thankful we have a seat at the table where we get to participate in the magic that comes when creative marketing and advertising converts into opportunities and revenue. We see “it” happening when a marketing strategy gets implemented and the results roll in. We see clients smile and their teams excel.
The list could go on, but you get the idea. We hope you have a few moments this week to reflect on things that make you feel grateful, both personally and professionally.
